Oracle Full-Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle APEX applications and responsive UIs.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
• Design and optimize Oracle database schemas, SQL, and PL/SQL performance.
• Develop secure REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Troubleshoot Oracle database issues and optimize performance using AWR, ADDM, and ASH.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Support database security, backup, maintenance, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle development and database engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database.
• Experience with ORDS, REST APIs, and Oracle performance tuning.
• Knowledge of schema design, partitioning, and database administration.
• Experience troubleshooting Oracle databases and optimizing applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS for Oracle APEX customization.
• Oracle certification (OCP or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with Oracle 19c/21c/23ai, OCI, or Autonomous Database.
• Familiarity with RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, Git, Liquibase, SQLcl, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on quality and ownership.
