Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in HR, Finance, and Procurement modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end ERP solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and enabling secure data-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect solutions on Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion platform.

Lead functional and technical solution design across HR, Finance, and Procurement modules.

Drive integration between ERP systems and other enterprise platforms.

Ensure secure handling and integration of sensitive Finance and HR data following best practices.

Work on ERP integration with big data platforms to enable analytics and insights.

Implement cloud-based integration solutions using APIs, Microservices, Event-driven architecture, and Serverless technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define solution architecture.

Provide guidance on system scalability, security, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in Oracle EBS / Fusion.

Strong understanding of:

HR processes (Recruitment, Organization hierarchy, Payroll)

Finance processes (Financial reporting, Budgeting, Revenue accounting)

Procurement workflows and compliance

Proven experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HR, Finance, and Procurement modules (functional and technical).

Experience in data integration between enterprise systems.

Strong experience integrating ERP with big data platforms.

Experience working with cloud-based architectures and integration technologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the Airline industry is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
