Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP to support business application implementation, ongoing support, and continuous improvement across Finance functions.The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise across core Oracle Finance modules, along with hands-on experience in financial business processes, integrations, workflows, extensions, and end-to-end Oracle implementation lifecycles. The role requires a consultant who can independently engage with business stakeholders, understand complex Finance requirements, recommend Oracle standard solutions, and deliver scalable solutions with minimal customization.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance solutions, including project planning, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, CRP, UAT, training, data migration, and deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle standard functionality and best practices, while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Finance applications, troubleshoot application issues and defects, and coordinate with IT Helpdesk, DBA, Oracle Support, and other technical teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct functional and technical requirement gathering, prepare functional/technical design specifications, configure applications, support enhancements, and deliver reports and modifications based on business requirements.
• Manage CRP, UAT, testing, training, data migration, and deployment activities for new implementations and process enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across Oracle Finance applications, business processes, reporting, integrations, and application performance.
• Support and manage application change processes, ensuring development, testing, and deployment activities comply with organizational and Group IT policies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Finance and other business applications across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Support Oracle Finance integrations, interfaces, workflows, extensions, and technical components required to meet business requirements.
• Ensure information confidentiality and compliance with company policies throughout implementation, support, development, and deployment activities.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Finance, with strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Finance implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience across the following core Finance modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management
• Fixed Assets
• Expenses / iExpenses
• Tax
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial and operational business processes and their mapping to Oracle Finance solutions.
• Experience working on complex Oracle Finance implementations and support engagements, including integrations and interfaces with other business applications.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle Finance configuration, troubleshooting, support, enhancements, and implementation activities.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS extensions and BPM workflows.
• Strong understanding and practical exposure to Oracle Fusion Tax, Advanced Collections, Lease Management, and Expenses.
• Experience with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams at different organizational levels.
• Experience working in an integrated and multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
