Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant opportunity supporting a Qatar-based customer.

The role will see you take ownership of the day-to-day Oracle Fusion Finance application support, acting as the primary Finance functional point of contact for business users and supporting the smooth operation of the Finance platform.

You will manage the support ticket queue, prioritise and resolve functional issues, coordinate with business stakeholders, and provide guidance to a small support team. Alongside BAU support, you will also be involved in minor enhancements, system improvements and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to optimise the customer's Oracle Fusion Finance environment.

Key experience:

• Strong Oracle Fusion Financials functional experience
• Application support / BAU experience
• Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management etc.
• Ticket and incident management
• Strong business stakeholder communication
• Experience guiding or supporting a small team
• Enhancements and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of SLAs and service delivery
