Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Specialist

Duration: full time

Location: Dubai

• Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules in line with business and finance requirements.

• 7-10 years of experience preferred

• Work closely with finance and business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Review existing finance processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants throughout the implementation cycle.

• Support system configuration discussions and ensure finance requirements are properly addressed.

• Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, testing, and issue resolution.

• Participate in user acceptance testing and validate system outputs, reports, and transactions.

• Support data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities related to finance processes.

• Help in customized reports building and generating.

• CA is preferable.

• Strong knowledge of collections, receivables, banking, and cash management

• Good reconciliation and reporting skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
