Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, translating business payroll requirements into Fusion-compliant configurations and solutions.
Gather and document payroll requirements, including earnings, deductions, statutory elements, balances, and fast formulas
Configure and maintain Fusion Payroll elements, calculation cards, balances, costing, and payroll flows in line with business and statutory needs.
Support and execute payroll testing cycles (unit testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs), ensuring accurate results and statutory compliance.
Analyze and resolve payroll issues by performing root-cause analysis and coordinating with Oracle technical teams where required.
Ensure compliance with country-specific legislation, tax rules, and reporting requirements within Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Provide post-implementation support, documentation, user guidance, and change management for payroll enhancements and releases.
