The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, ensuring all payroll activities comply with UAE labor laws, the Wage Protection System (WPS), and company policies.
This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 410 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a focus on support or implementation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Module Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.
- UAE Localization: Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll in compliance with UAE labor laws, including WPS, gratuity, and leave calculations.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver timely resolutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with a strong customer-service orientation.
