Job Description:
We are seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultantto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
- Design payroll solutions that align with business processes and compliance requirements.
- System Configuration & Support:
- Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll features, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and payment methods.
- Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of payroll systems.
- Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Integration Support:
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion Payroll and other modules, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
- Work with technical teams to support integrations with third-party systems (e.g., tax agencies, banks).
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Create and customize payroll reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Training & Documentation:
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Payroll Consultant, including full-cycle implementations.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree inHR, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Hands-on experience in payroll integrations (e.g., APIs, file-based integrations).
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll module implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of related Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor).
- Experience with payroll processes, statutory compliance, and year-end activities.
- Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI reports, and HCM Extracts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Oracle Fusion HCM or Payroll certification.
