Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant – Property Management to join our team on a fully dedicated remote project. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Property Management modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Gather and analyze business requirements related to Property Management

•    Configure, implement and support Oracle Property Management functionalities

•    Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices

•    Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery

•    Support testing, user training, documentation, and issue resolution

•    Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely support

Requirements:

•    5–7 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant

•    Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Property Management modules

•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•    Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

•    Arabic speaker preferred
