• Prepare BR100 configuration documents, functional test scripts, and training materials.

• Collaborate effectively with technical teams on reporting, integration, and data conversion requirements.

• Prepare and review functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks (BR100s), and test scripts (test cases, SIT/UAT scenarios).

• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements for reports (BIP/OTBI), data conversions (FBDI), and integrations relevant to SCM processes.

• Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions, functional testing, and UAT support with business users.

• Troubleshoot functional issues related to requisition and purchase order approvals, supplier registration and qualification, sourcing events, receiving, inventory transactions, costing and receipt accounting, and period close.

• Provide functional guidance on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration points.

• Assess impact of Oracle's quarterly updates on existing SCM configurations and recommend necessary adjustments.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live production support for SCM modules.

• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and Oracle Support for SCM-related SRs and enhancement requests.

Working knowledge expected

• Procurement configuration depth: procurement business units and agents, requisition and PO approval rules, document styles, supplier registration and qualification setup, negotiation templates, Procurement Contracts with e-signature.

• Inventory and costing: inventory organizations, sub-inventories and locators, cost methods and cost organizations, receipt accounting, and the P2P touchpoints into Payables and Cash Management.

• Supplier Portal onboarding and supplier self-service transaction flows, including the support load they generate after go-live.

• UAE public-sector and large-enterprise procurement context: local supplier onboarding rules and in-country value requirements where applicable.

• Oracle Fusion quarterly release cycle and Redwood UX transition: impact assessment and regression testing of Procurement and Inventory flows.

• Lead behaviours: workshop facilitation and fit-gap ownership, decision logs signed off by process owners, and a working cadence with offshore developers.

Preferred

• Experience with Order Management, Manufacturing, or Maintenance modules.

• Exposure to Fusion Financials integration points (AP, GL) from the SCM side.

• Oracle Cloud certifications (Fusion Procurement, Inventory).

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems.

When applying, your CV must explicitly cover

• List the end-to-end Fusion SCM implementations you personally led: client, modules, team size (onsite and offshore), and go-live date.

• Name the Fusion SCM modules you have personally configured and the implementations you configured them on.
