Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The role involves bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of supply chain processes with Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of supply Chain operations along with hands-on technical expertise to deliver efficient, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion SCM applications in line with business processes and best practices.
  • Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware tools.
  • Develop and customize reports, BI Publisher templates, and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Perform system testing, data migration validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide functional guidance to technical teams and ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support change management, user training, and preparation of functional and technical documentation.
  • Ensure system configurations comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and support.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations, reports, and basic technical components.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Fusion certification is an added advantage.
