Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion Talent Management to align with business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize strategic workforce planning, mobility, and succession processes
  • Work with Oracle implementation partners to ensure a seamless migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional issues while providing workarounds when necessary
  • Support data migration, reporting, and system integrations
  • Train and guide business users on best practices for Oracle Fusion Talent Management

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/Talent Management, with expertise in SWP, PM, and Mobility
  • Background in Oracle EBS to Fusion transformations
  • Hands-on experience in business process design and system configuration
  • Strong experience with Oracle implementation partners
  • Fluency in Arabic is required
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be based in Abu Dhabi
