Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Data Migration and Reporting for a The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical leads to support Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, enhancements, and postgolive activities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Migration

  • Lead and execute endtoend data migration for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Develop data migration solutions using FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI extracts, REST APIs, and filebased loaders.
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems.
  • Prepare sourcetotarget mapping documents, migration templates, and technical specifications.
  • Manage mock conversions, cutover activities, and production data loads.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data load and performance issues.

Reports & Analytics

  • Design and develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion standard reporting tools.
  • Create custom BI Publisher reports, including complex data models, XML data templates, and report bursting.
  • Develop dashboards and adhoc reports to meet business reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across reports.

Technical Development & Integration

  • Develop inbound and outbound integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Write PL/SQL procedures and scripts for technical solutions and data handling.
  • Support extensions using Groovy scripting, Fusion PaaS, and Visual Builder (preferred).
  • Assist in environment refreshes, patch analysis, release upgrades, and regression testing.

Client & Delivery Support

  • Work closely with functional consultants (HCM, Financials, SCM, Procurement, etc.).
  • Participate in design discussions, technical reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Provide onsite support during UAT, cutover, and golive phases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and migration run books.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Strong handson experience in Data Migration and Reporting

Expertise in FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion data structures

Experience with REST / SOAP integrations

Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

At least one full endtoend Oracle Fusion implementation

Excellent communication skills for onsite client interaction

12month onsite assignment in Dubai, Remote, Hybrid back in India
