WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment).
Assist in system configuration, data entry, validation, and testing activities.
Provide first-level support for HCM-related user issues and queries.
Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and patch testing.
Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.
Support data migration, data cleanup, and report generation activities.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies.

Job Qualifications
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
0-1 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment).
Experience in system configuration, testing, and validation activities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide first-level support for HCM-related issues.
Knowledge of data migration, report generation, and system upgrades.
Excellent documentation skills, including user guides and process flows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams to meet business requirements.
