We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with strong implementation experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configurations.
The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM payroll solutions.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM implementations
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Hands-on experience with Payroll setup and configurations
- Good understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and Payroll
- Experience working with technical teams for integrations and functional design mapping
- Ability to conduct CRP sessions, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs
- Experience analyzing payroll impacts from Absence configurations
- Expertise in solution design and functional testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both Arabic and English with strong communication skills
- Candidate must be currently residing in Saudi, preferably in Riyadh with transferable Iqama.
