Oracle HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Oracle Payroll Cloud functional workstream from Discovery through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Own the end-to-end functional solution for Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Drive functional design decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Manage functional issues, risks, dependencies, and solution quality.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Act as the onsite functional point of contact for the Payroll/HCM track.
• Ensure successful integration and transformation from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes.
• 15+ years of overall experience.
