Oracle HCM Consultant - Fast Formula

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Configure leave policies, accruals, qualification plans, and absence types. Establish the critical system link where absence data seamlessly transfers to payroll.
• Set up payroll elements (earnings and deductions), Legislative Data Groups (LDGs), payment methods, and tax calculation rules.
• Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and perform system configurations. Write and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for leave eligibility and complex pay calculations.
• Execute end-to-end hire-to-pay testing scenarios and validate system upgrades. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live cutover activities.
• Work alongside technical teams to design interfaces between Oracle HCM and external systems. Build reports and dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
• Act as a tier-2 or tier-3 support agent by analyzing and resolving application issues, managing system tickets, and escalating complex bugs.

Technical Requirements:

• 7+ years of functional implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Hand on experience in HR system ,payroll and taxes
• Proven track record of completing 2 to 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong proficiency in writing Fast Formulas and managing complex system integrations/APIs.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to bridge the gap between HR teams, finance, and IT.
