Position: Oracle HCM Consultant - Saudi National

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a leading provider of technology outsourcing solutions, we are dedicated to helping our clients optimize their business processes and achieve their goals through the use of cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on implementing Oracle HCM solutions
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM modules
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management
• Experience with data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Oracle HCM certification is a plus
