Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Oracle HCM / HR Analytics Consultant to work on high-visibility projects. The ideal candidate will bridge HR business and technical teams, delivering impactful HR dashboards and insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR BI & Analytics initiatives for Oracle EBS & Fusion HCM
- Gather requirements from HR business stakeholders and senior executives
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Work closely with the technical team to design and deliver dashboards
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS & Fusion HCM
- Strong expertise in HR BI, Analytics, and dashboard design
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly presentable and comfortable interacting with senior executives
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on large public-sector projects
