Contract Role - Riyadh
On behalf of our leading client, Alexander Ash are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead to oversee the technical development and support of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. You will be responsible for leading technical strategy, development, integrations, and delivery of innovative HCM solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, development, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:
- Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectors.
- Develop custom reports and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Manage data conversion activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), and FBDI templates.
- Customize pages, workflows, and user experience using Visual Builder and Application Composer.
- Work with HR and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support quarterly patch analysis, regression testing, and issue resolution.
- Ensure secure access and proper role-based permissions using Oracle Identity & Access Management.
- Maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, integration specs, and system architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR) and mentor junior developers.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through technical enhancements and automation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical roles, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and related technical components.
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, FBDI, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Fast Formulas, Security Configuration
- Sound knowledge of HCM security, approval workflows, and role-based access control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing technical teams or acting as a team lead in HCM implementations.
