Requirements
10 years (+) hands on experience in the field, Oracle HCM Consultant (Techno- Functional)
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules such as:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- SSHR
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- PMS
- OLM
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Experience in Oracle Reports development.
- Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization.
- Experience with EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs.
- Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code and processes.
