Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Human Resources Systems Analyst with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle HR systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring system modules, and ensuring smooth HR system operations aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system solutions within Oracle HR modules.
  • Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle HRMS / Oracle HCM modules.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Support payroll, employee records, recruitment, and performance management modules.
  • Conduct system testing (UAT) and prepare documentation.
  • Train HR users and provide ongoing system support.
  • Generate reports and dashboards as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle HR systems (Oracle EBS HRMS or Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in system configuration and functional analysis.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
