A well-established organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Hyperion Planning & Budgeting for a 6-month onsite contract. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in full-cycle implementations and strong customer-facing skills.
Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Onsite Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 to 4 successful implementation cycles of Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, from installation and configuration to customer engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Lead the setup and configuration of Hyperion Planning & Budgeting applications.
- Business Rules & Integration: Develop and manage business rules; handle system integrations within the Hyperion environment.
- Forms & Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain input forms and financial reports tailored to business needs.
- Customer Interaction: Directly interact with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure project alignment with expectations.
- Provide support throughout budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Perform ongoing system administration including data loads, metadata updates, and user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 34 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting.
- Solid functional understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Technical proficiency in Essbase, Smart View, Calculation Manager, Data Management, and scripting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Must hold a valid Qatar Permanent Residency (RP). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
