Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle OBDX Technical Lead with strong banking domain expertise and hands-on development experience. The candidate will lead development/customization efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development for Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) implementations and customizations
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Manage cross-border teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Handle integration with banking product processors such as OBP, OBLM, OBVAM, Trade, Collections, Core Banking, GL, and Loans
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and DevOps practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in banking/corporate IT
- 3-5 years as a Technical Lead on OBDX/FCDB projects
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Java / J2EE
- Oracle Banking Extensibility Toolkit
- JavaScript frameworks: Knockout.js, OJET, React.js
- Oracle Database
- Experience with:
- HTML5, CSS
- SOAP, REST APIs, Microservices
- JSON, XML, Messaging systems
- Familiarity with:
- Cloud-based and containerized environments
- DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of banking and financial domain
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to handle user issues, incidents, and production support efficiently
