Job Description :

Core Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Oracle OSM and ASAP to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency
• Integrate Oracle OSM and ASAP with other systems and applications to automate order processing and service activation
• Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle OSM and ASAP configurations, workflows, and processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service activation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements in Oracle OSM and ASAP
• Provide technical support and training to end users on how to effectively use Oracle OSM and ASAP

Skills:

• Proven experience working with Oracle Service Order Management (OSM) and Oracle ASAP
• Strong knowledge of OSM and ASAP architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with integrating OSM and ASAP with other systems and applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in OSM and ASAP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.

Good to have:

• Oracle certifications are a plus.
