Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Technical Architecture Manager specializing in Simphony Food & Beverages (F&B). This role is pivotal in leading the implementation of the F&B team, understanding F&B processes, and leveraging the Simphony product to deliver innovative IT solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Oracle Technical Architecture and possess advanced proficiency in enterprise architecture design, analysis, frameworks, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead the implementation and management of the F&B team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices for enterprise architecture and Simphony product implementation.
  • Facilitate team decisions and foster a collaborative environment to drive performance and innovation.

  • Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design:
  • Architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise, with a focus on F&B processes and the Simphony product.
  • Design innovative IT solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks and strategies to support enterprise goals.
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and ensure scalability and sustainability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders by effectively communicating architectural decisions and strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on industry expertise.

  • Technology Evaluation & Innovation:
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
  • Apply the latest technology and industry expertise to create better products and experiences for the F&B domain.

  • Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Technical Architecture and the Simphony product.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Design and Analysis, Enterprise Architecture Framework, and Enterprise Architecture Strategy.

  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Oracle Technical Architecture with a specialization in Simphony Food & Beverages.
  • Advanced proficiency in enterprise architecture design, analysis, frameworks, and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of F&B processes and the Simphony product.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and discussions.
  • A passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in designing and implementing architectural frameworks and strategies.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members in best practices for enterprise architecture.
