Job Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and

solution governance of Oracle platforms and related enterprise systems. The role is

responsible for defining scalable, secure, and integrated Oracle solutions that support

business transformation, operational excellence, and long-term technology sustainability.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Oracle applications, modules,

integrations, and architecture capabilities, with proven experience across end-to-end

implementation, solution design, testing, deployment, and support. The candidate should

also hold relevant Oracle certifications in their area of expertise, in line with internal

expectations for specialty roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Oracle platforms and integrated

enterprise applications.

• Define and maintain architecture standards to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, high performing, and compliant.

• Translate business requirements into future-state Oracle solution designs aligned with

enterprise architecture and business objectives.

• Provide architecture leadership across implementation, upgrades, enhancements,

integrations, and production support.

• Oversee design and governance of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),

APIs, middleware, and connected third-party systems.

• Ensure Oracle solutions are designed with strong controls around security, compliance,

reliability, audit readiness, and performance.

• Review business processes and recommend best-fit Oracle capabilities, while maximizing

standard product use and minimizing unnecessary customization.

• Support solution validation, testing strategy, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go live readiness.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and technical teams to

ensure alignment of solution design and delivery.

• Identify architecture risks, dependencies, and design gaps, and drive timely mitigation

and resolution.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to functional, technical, integration, and

support teams.

• Support vendor evaluation and ensure proposed solutions meet business, architectural,

and governance expectations.

Required Functional & Technical Knowledge

The candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge across Oracle products/modules and

their capabilities, with hands-on or architecture-level experience in several of the following

areas:

Oracle Functional Areas

• Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Budgetary Control,

Intercompany

• Procurement / Source to Settle: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier

Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification

• Supply Chain & Manufacturing: Inventory, Planning, Manufacturing, Product

Costing, Quality, Logistics

• Order to Cash / Commercial

• Project Portfolio Management (PPM) / Capital Projects

• HCM / Hire to Retire

• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

• EPM / Planning / Account Reconciliation

• Reporting & Analytics: OTBI, BI/reporting

• Warehouse Management / Transportation / related connected solutions where

applicable

• EPM

Oracle Technical Skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• APIs, middleware, and integration design

• Cloud architecture and solution patterns

• Security and access design

• Data migration and coexistence/decommissioning considerations

• Environment strategy, testing support, and deployment readiness

• Architecture governance and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related

discipline.

• 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle applications / enterprise solutions.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle solution architecture, implementation, or

large-scale support environments.

• Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle implementation or transformation

programs.

• Strong experience in architecture design, integration strategy, solution governance,

and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated expertise across multiple Oracle modules and end-to-end business

processes.

• Experience working with system integrators, support vendors, and cross-functional

business/IT teams.

Certifications

• OCI Architect Professional

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification

• Multiple Oracle Fusion certifications across modules
