Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain Hub Manager specializing in Oracle Retail Supply Chain Collaboration. In this role, you will lead the global design and development of innovative supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your deep knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Collaboration to architect end-to-end integrated solutions that deliver maximum value to clients and Accenture.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Design Leadership:
Lead the global design for Oracle Retail Supply Chain Collaboration, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business needs.
Develop and implement end-to-end integrated solutions across multi-tower and/or multi-service transformational opportunities.
Leverage the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for clients and Accenture.
Solution Architecture & Innovation:
Architect complex solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather business and technical requirements.
Ensure alignment with stakeholders by effectively communicating architectural decisions and strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on industry expertise.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Mentor and guide team members in architectural best practices and methodologies.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive team performance and innovation.
Provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams and ensure scalability and sustainability.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Collaboration.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework and Solution Architecture.
Apply deep knowledge and experience to influence and advise on key decisions.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Collaboration with a focus on Oracle Retail Supply Chain Collaboration.
Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework and Solution Architecture.
Proven ability to lead the global design and development of complex, multi-tower, and multi-service solutions.
Strong influencing and advisory skills with the ability to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide scalable and sustainable solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and discussions.
A passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level supply chain solutions.
Ability to mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture.
