Job Description

Talent 360 is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Oracle Supply Chain Team Leader.

In this role, you will provide technical and functional support across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications, while developing, integrating, and maintaining Oracle solutions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Supply Chain functional team responsible for Oracle EBS/Fusion modules (INV, PO, OM, iProcurement, Supplier Management).
  • Oversee end-to-end solution design, configuration, enhancements, and system improvements for all SCM modules.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure alignment with Oracle best practices.
  • Manage implementations, upgrades, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities across SCM modules.
  • Review and validate configurations, functional documents, issue logs, and testing results from team members.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to junior and mid-level SCM consultants.
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical issues and support cross-functional integrations (Finance, Projects, Manufacturing).
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including solution designs, process flows, training materials, and change-impact assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules (EBS or Fusion), including configurations and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, order management, sourcing, and supply chain workflows.
  • Proven experience leading a functional team or managing SCM workstreams in large implementations.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle best practices, setups, configurations, and cross-module integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to handle escalations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience preparing functional documents, test cases, training materials, and leading UAT cycles.
