JOB TITLE
Oracle Technical Consultant
ROLE PROFILE
- Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each Oracle instance.
- Manage Oracle users, authorizations, and profiles.
- Design and implement an optimal Oracle configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
- Maintain Oracle performance by planning and executing Oracle tuning strategies.
- Develop and maintain system documentation for all Oracle instances and interfaces.
- Provide status reports for projects, daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Interfaces and APIs.
- Skills in creating a technical / non-technical documentation.
- Good experience with Oracle support and Oracle tickets.
- Excellent functional knowledge.
