Role Description The Oracle Technical Consultant will work on the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and developing technical configurations and integrations, and participating in solution testing and deployment. The role involves preparing technical documentation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to ensure stable, high-quality delivery. The consultant will also help optimize existing implementations and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Oracle technical skills, including experience with Oracle EPM, Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, HR, Procurement), and related configuration and integration tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in solution design and implementation, such as requirements analysis, technical design, system configuration, and end-to-end testing.
• Candidates should possess skills in integration and data management, including APIs, web services, data migration, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
• Candidates should possess skills in documentation and quality assurance, including technical writing, creating solution and support documents, and adherence to implementation standards.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote teams and partner with business and technical stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, or digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
• Oracle certifications in EPM or Fusion Cloud are a plus and demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development.
