Oracle Techno-Function

Main Function 

Responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions. Acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical configurations, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with organizational goals. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

1. Gather and analyze business requirements for NetSuite modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, CRM). 
2. Configure and customize NetSuite ERP to meet business needs across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. 
3. Develop SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow workflows, and SuiteBuilder customizations. 
4. Design and implement custom records, forms, fields, and dashboards. 
5. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. 
6. Manage NetSuite implementation projects from planning to go-live. 
7. Provide end-user training and ongoing support for NetSuite functionalities. 
8. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. 
9. Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. 
10. Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams to streamline processes. 
11. Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. 
12. Stay updated on NetSuite releases and recommend enhancements. 
13. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for ERP systems. 
14. Liaise with Oracle and external vendors for technical support and upgrades. 
15. Performs any other duties as required. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 4+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and support including HR modules 
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) 
• Basic SQL and scripting knowledge 
• NetSuite ERP Certification 
• Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow implementations 
• Familiarity with integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, etc) 
• Experience with cloud ERP and API integrations
