About this Position Join our dynamic Order Management Team in Global Business Solutions (GBS+) Cairo, the engine that powers our business! We're at the forefront of streamlining order management, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial processing to final delivery, working with local teams and stakeholders to optimize operations.
What Youll Do
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain order status, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
- Create returns, free of charge orders, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in order management and documentation processes.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or any relevant study.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Highly detail-oriented and focused candidates with a demonstrated interest in operations and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Very good in time-management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluent English speaker (French is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) SAP is a plus.
