Join us as you kick off your day by organizing your schedule with intuitive dashboards that highlight the need for GIS product service orders across various business regions. You will create and process top-quality service orders, ensuring adherence to established procedures for our global and regional clientele and partners. Engage with different departments and regional customers, leveraging your ability to navigate multicultural interactions within a collaborative team atmosphere. Additionally, you will expand your skills and contribute to optimizing the team's operational processes, making a real impact on our service delivery.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Diligently execute service orders for the Gas Insulated Switchgear portfolio, following prescribed guidelines to support international hubs, regions, and direct customers.
• Coordinate and serve as the key liaison with regional customers, internal teams, and suppliers, managing service order execution autonomously.
• Ensure timely communication with the relevant region or customer regarding the status of order execution and timelines, crucial for meeting deadlines for tenders or proposals.
• Engage routinely with various regions to secure and understand order forecasts, enhancing operational efficiency.
  
  

What You Bring

• Successful completion of a course in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 2 or 3 yearss of professional experience in the Medium/HV switchgear business, preferably in offer/order execution or field services of GIS.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, along with effective time management.
• A high willingness to learn, self-initiative, and an independent, self-reliant way of working.
• Business fluent in English.

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Previous experience in project management or customer relations.
• Proficiency in German.
