JOB PURPOSE:
Contribute to the effective implementation and management of organizational development, Manpower planning and People & Culture transformation initiatives and projects.
Key Accountabilities
Organization Development:
- Prepare, update, and maintain job descriptions and job families to clarify roles, responsibilities, and requirements.
- Implement job evaluation processes to ensure fair and transparent assessments of all roles.
- Conduct span of control analyses and collaborate on restructuring projects to optimize organizational efficiency.
- Participate in operating model assessments to ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals.
- Analyse organizational development trends and recommend initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Fully engage in any restructuring project internally with all stakeholders to clarify the needs, define the rationale and propose the best practices.
Manpower planning:
- Prepare short- and long-term manpower plans closely with Finance and end-users in alignment with the People & Culture strategy to enable the achievement of Enjaz strategic and operational plans.
- Manage the preparation and implementation action plans of organizational structure changes in People & Culture System.
- Support and execute short- and long-term manpower plans in alignment with People & Culture strategies and business objectives.
- Conduct workload assessments and determine accurate headcount requirements.
- Monitor Saudization targets and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Prepare workforce analytics and reports to provide insights for decision-making by senior management.
- Implement and track changes to the organizational structure in People & Culture systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Control all New Staff request, Acting Requests, Internal and External Transfer requests in the company required in alignment with the approved structure and availability of the budget.
People & Culture transformation:
- Support People & Culture transformation projects by implementing process improvements and adopting new technologies.
- Participate in change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and strategies.
- Leverage People & Culture data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in training People & Culture teams on new systems, processes, and tools to ensure smooth transitions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Senior Specialist 2-3 years in human resources or relevant fields.
