Organizational Analytics Senior Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Management & Analytics Governance

1. Conduct data quality assurance activities by validating structured and unstructured organizational data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability.
2. Maintain analytical databases, documentation records, and data governance logs by applying approved standards and controls to support organizational analytics activities.
3. Identify data inconsistencies, and reporting issues by conducting analytical reviews and validation exercises to improve data quality and analytical accuracy.

Organizational Analytics & Business Intelligence

1. Conduct organizational analytics activities by analyzing operational, workforce, productivity, customer, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports according to business requirements and analytical standards to support organizational analysis and management reporting.
3. Analyze organizational performance indicators, operational efficiency measures, customer insights, and business metrics to support strategic planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
4. Support the development and application of statistical models, forecasting methodologies, and predictive analytics techniques to identify trends and support business forecasting activities.

Strategic Insights & Organizational Effectiveness

1. Develop strategic insights and recommendations by analyzing organizational trends, customer feedback, operational challenges, and business performance indicators to support management decision-making.
2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain, validate, and analyze business information required for organizational analytics, operational forecasting, and performance assessment activities.
3. Prepare analytical reports, executive dashboards, management presentations, and business intelligence reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
4. Collaborate with Workforce Assessment & Optimization, Organizational Development, and Organization Modeling & Design functions by providing organizational analytics, reports, and performance insights to support organizational initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in Organizational Analytics, Business Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Analytics tools are preferred.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector.
