Required Skills

• 4-10 years of experience
• OD implementation & Change management experience is key
• Change Management, Communication Plans, meeting with different stakeholders
• Should know how to deal with local employees, upskill them & educate them with the new change
• Should be aware of UAE Pension laws
• Salary structure implementation experience is good to have as this the next phase
