Job Mission:

The Organization Development Manager shall be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development within the company. This role focuses on driving cultural transformation, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Organizational Strategy & Design

  • Oversee and unify all HR systems, including efforts related to implementation and maintenance
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Department Heads to develop OD strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems performance and user experience
  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend structural improvements.
  • Represent the department in front of any internal or external auditors.
  • Ensure legal and quality compliance with labor laws, company SOPs, local and international guidelines.
  • Manage any CAPAs, Compliance Findings to be resolved
  • Support change management initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

Talent Development & Succession Planning

  • Design and implement leadership development programs.
  • Facilitate succession planning and career pathing for critical roles.
  • Oversee competency frameworks and skills gap analysis.

Performance & Capability Building

  • Enhance & Implement performance management systems and tools.
  • Design learning and development programs to build organizational capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers and teams.

Change Management

  • Lead change management strategies for new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders during transitions.

Metrics & Analytics

  • Track and report OD metrics such as engagement scores, turnover, and development program effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements.

Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred work Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Post graduate Studies or Master's Degree will be considered as an asset.
  • 10+ years of experience in OD, HR, or Talent Management, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
