Organizational Development Specialist

Role Description The Organizational Development Specialist at Alfa Engenharia will design, implement, and refine initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance. In this part-time remote role, this professional will analyze structures, processes, and culture, recommend improvements, and support change management efforts. Responsibilities include developing and updating performance management tools, facilitating virtual workshops or training sessions, and collaborating with leaders to align organizational development initiatives with business objectives. The role also involves gathering and interpreting data from surveys and assessments, preparing clear reports and recommendations, and supporting ongoing evaluation of organizational development programs.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose organizational issues, and evaluate the impact of development initiatives.
• Expertise in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness, including change management, culture initiatives, and process improvement.
• Experience with Performance Management systems, including designing frameworks, metrics, and feedback processes.
• Excellent Communication skills for facilitating remote sessions, presenting findings, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in organizational development are a plus.
• Proven experience in organizational development or HR consulting, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, virtual meeting platforms) and comfort working with data dashboards or HR systems.
