Job Description
Plan, develop, and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job description .
Assist with annual appraisal processing.
Create/apply organizational charts, and structure modifications.
Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Help train and motivate the workforce
Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency
Improve the quality of life for employers and employees
Ease transitions such as corporate mergers
Study consumer behavior to help our employees understand what our customers are looking for
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Proven work experience in Organizational Development or similar role
Experience working with employees from a variety of departments
Ability to interview employees to understand their needs and how we can improve our organizational structure
Relevant training and/or certifications as an Organizational developer.
