At Boutiqaat, we're looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to lead and execute OD initiatives across Head Office and operations assuring consistency, clarity, and effectiveness in how the organization is structured, managed, and developed. Drive the implementation of approved Organizational Development frameworks across regions from organizational structures and job architecture to performance cycles and talent frameworks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing, validating, and governing the foundations of how an organization works.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in the implementation and periodic review of HR Policies & Procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate policy and framework review cycles by consolidating inputs, conducting impact analysis, and preparing documentation
  • Manage the Employee Handbook lifecycle, including updates, version control, and regional rollouts
  • Apply regional OD standards while managing localization needs without compromising governance
  • Conduct organizational structure reviews, change impact analysis, and implementation planning
  • Translate business objectives into effective organizational structures and role designs
  • Perform manpower validation against approved structures, job architecture, and expansion plans
  • Manage end-to-end role changes (creation, modification, structural updates) prior to managerial confirmation
  • Lead job analysis initiatives to develop accurate, standardized, and future-ready job descriptions
  • Maintain and govern job descriptions and job architecture documentation across regions
  • Implement and maintain competency frameworks across regions
  • Validate competency alignment with job architecture, grading, and performance standards
  • Support career progression pathways aligned with job architecture and grading structures
  • Deliver succession planning frameworks by consolidating data on critical roles and talent pipelines
  • Review and validate objectives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and governance
  • Manage the operational delivery of performance cycles, from objective collection to cycle closure
  • Coordinate calibration and review activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to process
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and governance gaps
  • Support performance assessments for promotions, internal mobility, and role readiness
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and regional teams to embed OD initiatives into daily operations
  • Deliver assigned regional OD projects end to end, managing timelines, documentation, and standards
  • Produce OD analytics, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decision-making
  • Collaborate with IT teams on OD automation initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollout

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHRi, SPHRi, GPHR, CIPD) is highly preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development
  • Proven exposure to organizational design, restructuring, job analysis, performance, and talent frameworks
  • Experience in large, multi-country and multicultural organizations is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Knowledge of OD practices, job architecture, competency frameworks, and performance systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to validate organizational and manpower alignment with business needs
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management skills
  • Confidence working in governance-driven, regional environments
