Job Summary
The OD Specialist Trainee will support the Organizational Development function in implementing initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, culture, performance management, and change management. This role is designed to develop foundational OD skills through hands-on involvement in projects, data analysis, and coordination with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of Organizational Development initiatives and projects.
- Assist in conducting organizational assessments, surveys, and diagnostics (e.g., engagement surveys, culture assessments).
- Participate in job analysis, job design, and organizational structure reviews.
- Support performance management processes, competency frameworks, and career pathing initiatives.
- Assist in change management activities, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare reports on OD-related data and KPIs.
- Coordinate with HR and business units to support OD interventions and workshops.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports for management review.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in Organizational Development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (internships or project work is a plus).
- Basic understanding of HR and Organizational Development concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.
