We're Hiring: Organizational & Social Behavior Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Level: Executive / Mid-Level
We are seeking an analytical, people-oriented, and highly observant Organizational & Social Behavior Specialist to support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workplace culture, and people development initiatives. This role focuses on understanding workplace behavior, team dynamics, employee experiences, and organizational patterns to help create a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Study and analyze employee behavior, workplace interactions, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, collaboration, communication, and workplace satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys, interviews, focus groups, and organizational assessments to identify workplace trends and areas for improvement.
• Analyze employee feedback and behavioral data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support the development and implementation of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies.
• Identify behavioral and organizational challenges that may affect productivity, collaboration, retention, and employee experience.
• Work closely with HR and management teams to develop solutions for workplace and people-related issues.
• Support team-building, leadership development, communication, and organizational development programs.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, employee discussions, and organizational development activities.
• Monitor employee engagement and organizational health indicators and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Support change management initiatives by assessing employee needs, communication gaps, and potential organizational challenges.
• Promote healthy workplace relationships, effective communication, and positive team dynamics.
• Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on organizational behavior research and employee insights.
• Stay updated on organizational psychology, workplace behavior, employee engagement, leadership, and organizational development trends.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
Requirements
• Proven experience in organizational behavior, organizational development, human resources, employee engagement, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of workplace behavior, team dynamics, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
• Excellent analytical, research, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand complex workplace situations and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience conducting employee surveys, interviews, focus groups, or organizational assessments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of organizational psychology, behavioral science, change management, or people development is preferred.
• Strong ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly observant personality.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications in HR, organizational development, psychology, or related disciplines are an advantage.
