Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patients with orthopedic injuries and conditions
- Perform surgical procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and corrective surgeries
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and patient needs
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other health professionals to ensure optimal patient recovery and care
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, risks, and recovery expectations
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all procedures and patient interactions
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and technologies
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in Orthopedic Surgery
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region
- Extensive experience in performing a wide range of orthopedic surgeries in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions, surgical techniques, and postoperative care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting
