INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a OSIPI System Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting Industrial Digitalization initiatives across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing.

What You'll Lead And Deliver

  • Support PI System administration and integration with Business Applications
  • Configure PI AF, Event Frames, Notifications, etc. as per Plant Hierarchy
  • Monitoring/maintenance of PI-System security & deployment of patches
  • PI-System performance optimization, monitoring system health, upgrades, etc.
  • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Develop on-demand reports, dashboards, etc. in PI System
  • Develop, Test, Deploy, Integrate Analytics, Dashboards, KPI Reports
  • Setup Plant Models in the Enterprise PI System using PI-AF Structure
  • This role involves frequent travel and regular client site visits to support project execution, system deployment, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • This role is open to Saudi Nationals only, in line with our commitment to nationalization initiatives
  • 3-5+ years of development, integration and deployment experience for OSIsoft PI Systems including Asset Framework Modeling
  • Must have certification on OSIsoft PI, accreditation is preferred
  • Experience in PI System Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Experience with PI Integrator technologies is preferred
  • Familiar with PI System Security implementation
  • Experience in supporting the PI Data Historian and related modules including PI AF, PI Web Services, PI-SDK, AF-SDK, PI Notifications, Event Frames and PI Vision etc.
  • Team player with strong communication skills who can work well with all levels in an organization (business and IT)
  • Good understanding of networks, protocols, infrastructure, and carrier-grade network topologies
  • Familiarization in Virtual Infrastructure & Environment deployments (HyperV/VMware etc.) is preferred
  • OT and IT process knowledge and familiarization with Process/Oil & Gas plants
  • Expert skills in verbal and written communications
