Job Title: OSS/Tools Administrator (ManageEngine & AppDynamics)

Location Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Employment Type Full-time

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience administering ManageEngine modules and AppDynamics.

Strong understanding of network, server, and application monitoring concepts.

Experience in alerting, threshold configuration, and root cause analysis.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management frameworks.

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

ManageEngine Certified Professional (MCP)

AppDynamics Certified Associate / Professional

ITIL Foundation v4 Desired Attributes:

Detail-oriented and process-driven.

Proactive in identifying and resolving monitoring gaps.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.

Team player with strong collaboration skills.
