OT Nurse

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Ophthalmology OT

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 7,000–8,000 per month

Nexora HR Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse with eye hospital experience for an Operating Theatre role in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing registration.

• Previous experience working in an eye hospital, primarily in the Operating Room/Operating Theatre.

• Hands-on experience assisting in cataract and retina surgeries.

• Ability to assist with surgeries across other specialties.

• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques and perioperative patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during cataract, retina and other surgical procedures.

• Prepare the OT, instruments and sterile field.

• Provide patient care before, during and after surgery.

• Maintain infection-control standards and coordinate with the surgical team.
