About the RoleGipperPay is seeking an experienced OTC Crypto Trader / Arbitrage Trader to execute large-volume trades and identify cross-market arbitrage opportunities across centralized and decentralized platforms.
This role requires strong hands-on trading experience, deep understanding of liquidity dynamics, and active use of cryptocurrency wallets for capital deployment and settlement.
We are looking for someone who understands price discrepancies, execution timing, and blockchain settlement mechanics.
Key Responsibilities- Execute OTC crypto transactions with high precision
- Identify and act on arbitrage opportunities across exchanges
- Manage capital allocation between wallets and trading venues
- Monitor spreads, funding rates, and liquidity conditions
- Coordinate fast asset transfers to support time-sensitive trades
- Ensure accurate settlement and reconciliation of executed trades
- Track profitability and risk exposure
Requirements- Proven experience in crypto trading (spot and/or derivatives)
- Practical experience executing arbitrage strategies
- Active use of cryptocurrency wallets for trading capital
- Strong understanding of exchange mechanics and order books
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
- Strong risk management discipline
Experience with funding rate arbitrage, cross-exchange spreads, or DeFi/CEX arbitrage is a strong advantage.
