We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (C1) to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information and timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in every interaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
-Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
-Provide accurate information, support, and effective solutions
-Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring satisfaction
-Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
-Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
-Uphold company standards of professionalism and service excellence
-Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
-Proven ability to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
-Proficiency with customer service software and digital tools
-Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Previous customer service experience is an advantage
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
