Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
  • Present product features and benefits in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language where applicable
  • 1-2 years of call center or sales experience
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Native or fluent proficiency in local language and business-level English
  • Understanding of local business culture, communication styles, and professional etiquette

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous outbound sales or telemarketing experience
  • Experience in B2C or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and dialing systems
  • Customer service background
  • Multilingual capabilities
